St. Vincent de Paul Society
The St. Vincent de Paul (SVDP) meal program is always looking for volunteers daily to help serve hot, delicious meals to those brothers and sisters who are in need in the Milwaukee area. The SVDP meal site are in need people who are willing to help set up tables and chairs, serve food and beverages and tidy up after dinner. The work is light, the environment is friendly and the patrons are grateful for your time and service. SJPII provides the food but needs a group of 12-15 volunteers every second Friday of the month from 4-6 p.m. to make it happen smoothly. The SVDP Meal Site is located on 9th & Madison (just north of Greenfield Ave.)
Come join our happy group of volunteers every second Friday of the month and serve a hot meal and smile to over 100 grateful clientele. Hours are 4-7 p.m. From 4-5 p.m. we set up the cafeteria and prep food and drinks. From 5-6 p.m. we serve meals and beverages. From 6-7 p.m. we clean up.
